Exchange Policy
At Yosha , we offer an exchange policy with the following guidelines:
- Your order can be exchanged within 24-48 hours from the delivery date.
- Exchanges are permitted for size changes only. If the desired size is not available, we will offer a product exchange for a different item.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- Exchanged products will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item. The entire exchange process typically takes about 7-9 days.
- If your area’s pin code falls under a non-serviceable category for return pick-up, we will inform you. In such cases, we expect you to send the item back via your local courier service.
- Products purchased during offers are not eligible for exchange.
